One boundary is Juan Lopez Trace and another is Sanabrio on one side of the road. There is main road access and a building on site (although it is rather dilapidated). The land can easily be re-zoned for residential development; the Catholic church has a retreat centre nearby. The land is marked as “Dil mahomed” on the maps.
